Fatboys: Winnipeg’s hamburger
As much as I love Winnipeg, there’s only so many things a person could list for things Winnipeg has going for it. One of those things is the fatboy.
The fatboy has
- beef patty
- cheese
- chili sauce
- pickles
- tomatoes
- onions
- lettuce
- mustard
- mayonnaise
Don’t be shy to add ketchup, bacon, or more patties to it. Really, don’t be shy.
The home of the original fatboy is less than a 15 minute walk from my house.
The sign of a good fatboy is that its messy.
